This has been a Glorious Month (My Wife and I celebrate our Birthdays!) and two projects I am involved with premiered! One an independant Horror Thriller Trailer and the other a Historic Movie! I'm so excited because both films speak to the volatile times we're living in and they aren't affraid of diving into divisive issues! Here they are:
Politics and all, every evil agenda will be exposed and destroyed by God.

And the Movie titled The 24th Regiment based on the historic events of black soldiers in the US Army in 1917. I had the honor of playing one of the heavily featured soldiers and met Legendary Actor Michael T. Williamson!
It's not a coincidence that these projects are coming out when the world is going through so much turmoil. Maybe addressing these issues head-on can help us heal and get past them. "We must learn to live together as brothers or perish together as fools." Martin Luther King Jr.
One thing's for sure I'm blessed! There is no greater fulfillment than living a purposful life using the talents God gave me. I have been seeking Him more in these tough times and His Word is on point! Check out this interview about who to trust in these terrible times:
God always makes a way for his children just like he did in Goshen when we were enslaved by the Egyptians. Babylon will fall and the remnant in Christ will not go down with it. We will rise above all powers and principalities and recieve our recompence for all the atrocities done against us when Jesus returns! We are living in Historic times! As the world is still dealing with a Pandemic (COVID-19) many people are protesting against Racial injustice because Black Lives Matter and I agree! George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery didn't deserve to be killed, and their murderers should not get away with it, like many others have in the past.
"And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?
I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”
Luke 18:7-8
It seems like all the protests are causing an uproar in society! No one is allowed to be silent about Racism anymore! White Privilege is drawing to an end and Reparations for people of color is long overdue! In this age of information the truth is undeniable. Black people have been taken advantage of in this country for over 400 years! Now the truth is unraveling for everyone to see....
I expressed this truth in my book still available everywhere online!

On the bright side this Quarentine/Lockdown has been great family-wise! Watching my babies grow and spending more time with my wife has been priceless! Sadly my wife's older cousin Jason passed away from complications due to the virus and a well accomplished fellow Actor friend of mine (TC Stallings) lost his Mother from it as well. God rest their souls in Jesus Name Amen. I've had the pleasure of working with TC Stallings on 2 movies and one of them is now featured on Amazon Prime and Tubi! Check it out:

There's a lot of fear in the air but God did not give us a spirit of fear. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." (2 Timothy 1:7) So I boldly make my requests known to the Throne of Grace! Asking God for Wisdom, Provision, and Protection in these evil days. "Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16) And sure enough God answers Prayers and has kept my family and I safe from all the traps of the Devil. "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." (Luke 10:19) So far this year I have played a major roll in Sid Roth's It's Supernatural (as Dr. Francis Myles): And I got new headshots for my new Agent (YJB Talent)!

Praise God indeed for His Divine connection! My new Agent represents a young man named Christopher who plays my son in an upcoming horror film! Christopher referred them to me and he has been blowing up with them on the tv show Black Lightning! He plays a character named TC lol. I made an appearance in a flashback scene on Black Lightning too!

2019 Has been a year of hard labor and tremendous breakthroughs for me and my family! Happy Birthday to my twins born on New Year's Eve a year ago (the year flew by)! Here are the Highlights:
We left the hospital about 2 weeks after they were born then I got a Commercial Casting request for twins! It was a hospital commercial and they only used my son but paid my daughter as well (up for renewal in 2020)! Next my Acting career kicked up (after getting fired from my job at Walmart) and I started Acting full-time! A lot of the projects I can't say much about but I will say that I've been on sets with Trai Byers, Mykelti Williamson, Will Smith, Martin Lawrence, Eddie Murphy, Wayne Brady, Michael B. Jordan, Caleel Harris,Vera Farmiga, Patrick Wilson, Tyler Perry, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Clint Eastwood just to name a few! I don't mind playing the background or featured extra because God has elevated me before (in Iron-Man 3 now on Disney+)! Along with a plethora of auditions (dozens that I didn't land) I starred in a few independent projects that I've posted about in previous blogs.
My Children are Anointed and it is my responsibility to provide for them and my Wife! I thank God for her help and support when I'm away working for our family! We were blessed to have our babies put in a Hallmark Movie (Love Takes Flight) and the Casting Director secured a trailer for my Wife and our twins! All in all this year has been full of ups and downs, barely making ends meet while working overtime without sleep! Still God kept us through it all and made a way right on time! As one door closes another opens with bigger benefits! My military experience led to a job opportunity I can't say much about but it was a blessing indeed! Now I'm looking into 2020 with great optimism and confidence that God will grant me even bigger roles and more opportunities to give Him Glory!

Anxiety is real and depression can weigh anyone down. That's why it is important to be anchored on the Lord! I pray in Jesus Name that no deception of the enemy takes root in our lives and all the Promises of God comes to pass!

Most of all I thank God for my Beautiful Family! Having Twins has been the Biggest Highlight of my life and for my birthday last month my wife gave me the gift of a Wonderful Family Photo Shoot!

END GAME was a phenomenal Movie and a grand conclusion for over a decade of Marvel Films! No Spoilers but I am so BLESSED to be a part of Marvel Cinema and a Character from IRON-MAN 3 actually makes an appearance in this last Avenger's Movie! Grossing over $2 Billion thus far worldwide (record numbers) most people have probably heard what happens if they haven't seen it but I won't ruin the surprise!
A good friend of mine who was with me on the set of Iron-man 3 passed away this year. Randy Grazio was a fellow secret service agent on Homeland and Stand-in in Banshee to name a few of the projects we worked together. His kindness and sense of humor will be missed but I know he's still smiling!
I hope to meet his daughter someday and share with her how great of a man her father was! He helped me when I needed it and I'll never forget that.
Now that I have children of my own I am happy to have them in their first TV Movie for Hallmark called Love Takes Flight! It was a family affair and they were the only ethnic babies in the scene. I was also in the movie as background doctor. Thanks Marty Siu! (The Casting Director also casted Bolden years ago in which I played an extra and it's in theaters now!)
Iron-man 3 and Bolden put Wilmington on the map for big budget movies! I am happy to announce another project with me in it but not as an extra or small speaking part but CO STAR!!!! Stay tuned....
#PhoenixTheMovie (I wore the same costume from Bolden and the stories are similar about the black origins of music!) I play the Legendary Robert Johnson! The film is being edited now and will be coming soon....

Too many people have passed away recently and their legacies have influenced me in a powerful way. John Singleton and Nipsey Hussle were masters in their crafts and world renowned for it. I loved watching Boyz in the Hood and Poetic Justice.
Inspiring young minds is what my Legacy is about and that's what I love about Nipsey Hussle and his Entrepreneurial Spirit! Check out this interview he did with Steph Curry!
