On the day after Juneteenth ten years ago I published a poetry book titled Deeper Than Rhymes! With that came a slew of spoken word performances and videos! Here's a Blast from the Past:

END GAME was a phenomenal Movie and a grand conclusion for over a decade of Marvel Films! No Spoilers but I am so BLESSED to be a part of Marvel Cinema and a Character from IRON-MAN 3 actually makes an appearance in this last Avenger's Movie! Grossing over $2 Billion thus far worldwide (record numbers) most people have probably heard what happens if they haven't seen it but I won't ruin the surprise!
A good friend of mine who was with me on the set of Iron-man 3 passed away this year. Randy Grazio was a fellow secret service agent on Homeland and Stand-in in Banshee to name a few of the projects we worked together. His kindness and sense of humor will be missed but I know he's still smiling!
I hope to meet his daughter someday and share with her how great of a man her father was! He helped me when I needed it and I'll never forget that.
Now that I have children of my own I am happy to have them in their first TV Movie for Hallmark called Love Takes Flight! It was a family affair and they were the only ethnic babies in the scene. I was also in the movie as background doctor. Thanks Marty Siu! (The Casting Director also casted Bolden years ago in which I played an extra and it's in theaters now!)
Iron-man 3 and Bolden put Wilmington on the map for big budget movies! I am happy to announce another project with me in it but not as an extra or small speaking part but CO STAR!!!! Stay tuned....
#PhoenixTheMovie (I wore the same costume from Bolden and the stories are similar about the black origins of music!) I play the Legendary Robert Johnson! The film is being edited now and will be coming soon....
Everything in life ties together and this is my story:

Too many people have passed away recently and their legacies have influenced me in a powerful way. John Singleton and Nipsey Hussle were masters in their crafts and world renowned for it. I loved watching Boyz in the Hood and Poetic Justice.
Inspiring young minds is what my Legacy is about and that's what I love about Nipsey Hussle and his Entrepreneurial Spirit! Check out this interview he did with Steph Curry!

2018 wrapped up in a Major Way!! My Twin Babies were Born on New Year's Eve!!! Now 2019 is Overflowing with these Double Blessings of Joy!!!!! There is a Joy Unspeakable that can only come out in Song or Laughter and I am Thoroughly OVERJOYED!!!! Chukwuka and Chioma booked their first Commercial this month and here's a snippet of one of their audition videos:

This year is off to a Great Start and so many things are in the works! I am truly blessed to be a father of twins and they are my Double Portion!
Every season of life should be filled with gratitude and appreciation. In this season I am more thankful than ever for all God has done and is doing, knowing that the best is yet to come! Prayer works and that is the greatest testimony of my life but God wants us to still be grateful even when we don't get what we want or if things don't happen how we want them to. Life is what you make of it and "godliness with contentment is great gain" (1Timothy 6:6)!

No matter the circumstance God wants us to have faith and hope for the better! Positive thinking and action bring forth the best results. It's not easy I know but giving up is never an option for winners!
One of my greatest inspirations in life comes from Marvel Comics and this month the man who created all the fantastic stories and dynamic characters passed away. Stan Lee showed me how to use my imagination as a child watching X-men, Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, and Iron-Man! Because of him I have so many Comic Books and Action Figures and still believe in my heart that I am a Super Hero! It was a DREAM COME TRUE to be featured in Iron-Man 3 with speaking lines, facial recognition, and my name in the credits! God knows the impact Stan Lee has had on millions of people and will continue to have with such a rivetting legacy! "With Great Power Comes Great Responcibility!" -Spiderman

I am so blessed to be part of Stan Lee's legacy and even though I never met him in person while he was alive we were still in the same movie together and this year I started doing Comic Convetions for it! Check out these snapshots from Fayetteville Comic Con:
There has been so much celebration in my family in this season! My brother O.C. got married, my wife had two baby showers for our upcoming twins, and my Uncle came from Nigeria to enjoy it all!
God is faithful and He knows our heart's desire to be successful in life for His glory!

Things may seem bleak right now in America with Firestorms and Floods, Disasters and Debauchery, Political upraor and Social injustice but THERE IS STILL HOPE! This is an opportunity to come together and encourage one another the best way we can. We are all connected whether we like it or not and we all need each other. Love is the only answer to all of life's problems not hate. Good will win in the end not evil. I pray that my legacy will be a blessing to everyone reading this blog. There is a joy that only comes from knowing God. Even in the wildernesses of life that joy never goes away. A joy unspeakable has come into my life in the midst of struggle. Listen to this recent voice-over production:
What a blessing to have a heart of worship even in trying times! God is always worthy of our worship and praise! I am thankful for His supernatural blessings in my life! My Wife and I share the same Birthday month of August and we are so glad about what God has in store for us!!
